Schedule Overview (subject to change):
- July 15th – Arrival Day
- Airport pickup and check-in at Kriunes Hotel
- Studio setup and art supplies arrangement
- Welcome lunch and dinner
- Evening introductions and itinerary briefing
- July 16th-18th – Intensive Painting Sessions
- 9:00-9:30 AM: Start painting session.
- 1:00 PM: Lunch.
- 5:00 PM: Wrap up (except on July 17th for Sky Lagoon visit).
- 5:00-6:30 PM: Happy Hour.
- 6:30 PM: Dinner.
- July 19th: Early wrap up at 4 PM for Sky Lagoon visit.
- July 19th – Cultural Immersion and Plein Air at Brusastadir
- Early departure to Brusastadir.
- Plein air painting session.
- Traditional Icelandic lunch.
- July 20th – Workshop Continuation at Kriunes
- Painting sessions continue as per the daily schedule.
- July 21st – Nature Exploration Day
- Full-day excursion into Icelandic nature for painting and photography.
- Lunch provided during excursion.
- Return for dinner at Kriunes.
- July 22nd – Reykjavik Exploration
- Trip to downtown Reykjavik.
- Opportunity for shopping, gallery visits, and dining.
- Participants cover their own lunch expenses.
- July 23rd – Departure Day
- Breakfast and final morning at Kriunes.
- Packing and preparations for departure.
- Transport to the airport.
Special Notes
- One evening (TBD): Special dinner with the Retreat leaders at their Icelandic home.
- Icelandic Weather: Bring rain jackets, sweaters, and good shoes
Payment Info
Price:
- Double occupancy: $5,000 per person – All Inclusive.
- Single occupancy: $5,000 per person – All Inclusive.
Payment Deadlines:
- Confirmation: $2,000 per person by Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
- Final Payment: $3,000 per person (double)/$3,000 (single) by Sunday, June 1, 2025.
